Thanks to gomachv I got the matching front tower but after putting it on the truck I realized a problem with the Dynatech B2 arms that makes them unusable. The shock mounting holes on the arms are set significantly further back than normal RC10 arms making it so the shocks can not be mounted correctly to the tower.

Flip the front mounts, run the tower "worlds car style"
It would look goofy....but I bet the clearances are perfect

I could go back to criss-crossed shocks too.

Front arms will eventually show up. I wasn't ever expecting to find the rears and got those NIP. Front's will be slightly easier since even with a beat up old one I could copy it like I did the TPS case.

Still plenty of parts to look for so not like I was about finished anyway.


The transmission to use is still undecided too. Came up with something else to do with the TPS chain drive so it's not going on these trucks. I'd love to find a better pic of the Fast Eddie Knowles transmission and maybe try to recreate it. Since JG was supposed to release it, it'd be the perfect trans for this truck. Next best choice would be a Bullet Powerglide.

Tried to come up with something else to do with the B2 carpet arms so cut down a 10T kick-up to fit a B2/B3 bulkhead and put it on a Kranzel chassis with some Klein rear arms.

I like it but I can tell the magic just ain't there for me and I don't feel like collecting the parts needed to complete it.

Looks like that might be an older and original R&D Terminator chassis-

But if you didn't race them, or dirt oval in general...they don't empress much

Unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to race back then, but it's not that dirt oval racing doesn't impress me. The magic isn't there on this car because I have another idea for a latemodel car that, even though it's likely not going to be appreciated as much as a Terminator by someone who's raced competitively, will be a lot more fun for me to build.
