Thanks Todd! I couldn't believe it's been this long since I've been away. Got crazy busy with my track, bought a house a few months ago, track closed, built new track at my new house, and the list of excuses goes on.

The vintage rc stuff was among the last of the things we moved, so luckily they weren't buried too much at the new place. Maybe the box-o-trx-1 will get built next!

Not sure if I posted any vids of our old track here. Anyway, here's a quick video of the new one in my yard. We accomplished this in about 2 weeks. Still have a ton of work to do next season, but it's a decent start IMO.

Looks good.

Who is the trusting sole filming with open toe shoes that close to the action with the drivers so far away

That would be my wife, laying on a beach chair . Every once in a while, we would smack a pipe near her to make sure she was still paying attention.

What's the deal with this guy? Does it really take 7 years or more to build a kit?

If you see him, you should probably smack him around some.

Get your jabs in now. I might not see them for a few more years. Lol

I actually dug this project out yesterday and more or less finished it. Only thing left is to mount the tires and wheels and trim and paint the body. Not sure what I want to do about the last steps. Was thinking of buying a TBG body for display purposes and leave the original in the box, considering the rarity and the possibility that I'llmess up attempting a box art paint job. And I'm worried that the tires will begin the dry rotting process once they're installed and sitting in the display case. I guess I could just put it back in storage for a few more years and worry about it later.

Can anyone give me a crash course on how to post pics? Apparently Photobucket is no longer an option. Seems I got locked out of my account years ago somehow.

I still post on rctech once in awhile. Figured out there's a way to upload pics directly from my phone without any need for a hosting site. Is there a way to do that here?

Click attachments and then add files. If the pics are too large it will let you know.

RCTech is a joke compared to this site....on the pics, send a pic to yourself, then hit save on that pic. Then hit attachments like GoMachV said. then select from files, prolly be one of the 1st pics that pop up and will say resized, select it, once it uploads hit "place inline" (make sure your curser is where u want it)...thats it

Yep, still here. Hopefully I can get this pics figured out today. Not much has changed on the LS2 aside from finally figuring out the front steering links and installed a few little things here and there. But I do have another project that I'm hoping to start on that I'll need to post some pics of. I've already dug it out of storage and it's sitting on the table in my garage, so you guys should see it before 2025.
