Looking good but I'm gonna be needing a 6mm centre pulley for my application or is that going to be a problem pal?

Yes, center pulley is 6.35mm wide 8)

Top man that's perfect I can fit my new belt with confidence then 8).

Just a thought to what spurs will you be using?

Associated for now, the shaft for a late model Schuey is pretty complex. The nice thing is that any associated dual slipper gear will fit. I have the vts too and it will fit as well if you need the latest stuff! No reason losi with or without hydra wouldn't fit too. Although it would be a bit sacrilegious to run a hydra instead of a visco drive lol

As long as it works and works well I'll run anything

Finally got back on to this one a bit today, as it stands you would need a couple off-the-shelf pulleys from Sdp.si, a pair of 10x16 bearings, and a layshaft from jwscab.

I'm not 100% happy with the area between the two pulleys, it would be nice without it- but this is all done without machining to the parts besides the custom topshaft. Until I can find the perfect pulley these should do fine. They will also allow any combination of belt widths due to no flanges. The lower diff should keep them on track just fine.

I have a nice plastic center pulley I planned on using, cutting down these pulleys to fit it in the middle. Due to time and cost it isn't really a viable solution for me however. Again, unless a better pulley pops up. I am still searching, perhaps misumi has something closer...

Wow it's really come on.

Now how dose it sit with the shocks as it looks long, I had a problem with my wasp slipper catching the shocks if u wanted to use the inner most hole.

I need to have jwscab modify the shaft a bit, I had him make it too long and also the setscrew needs to be shorter or driven in further. At full droop (which is beyond where it should ever be lol- I need to limit it), it doesn't rub using the inner upper and outer lower holes with the large losi shocks. It is very close tho. With making the changes to the shaft it should be great. The slipper could be installed further in, but the slipper plate would need to be machined or the one pulley to fit it. Again, more machine work means more cost. As it stands you only need one specialty item, they pulleys are bored to the correct spec and all.

You can also run the losi hydradrive, losi slipper, losi dual disk slipper, and associated dual slipper so there is a lot of adjustability. Just a matter of using the proper spring length to make each work

Brilliant so how long before they start running of the production line. Would you be able to supply the pulleys with the shaft, it would save some hassle and money on our side of the pond. I have an account with sdp but the charge a lot in international shipping

Yeah the shipping is crazy here too! I will set what jwscab thinks on his end. I need to get with him on the changes and also to add a couple flats for the setscrews now that I know where they go!

Gotta get some bills paid down. I have the number for the pulleys and jwscab can make the shafts....if I were to sell the parts to do the conversion I would lose money. It's just not economical.

Jeff very kindly sent this to me with the Jamie Booth Egress chassis parts - I intend to fit it to my Bosscat which is mid-rebuild and I'll feed-back on performance :)
