Yeah around 3 turn equivalent, good for wheelstands and throwing tyres off rims, will have to listen for diff slip I think

Rebuilt the shocks since they were leaking and no wonder most of the shocks didn't have the snap clip thingo actually in place and the seals moved around. Then put it together with the mamba max and brushless and gave it a run today at the track with the RPM transmission,B3 slipper,87/15 gears and amazingly it held up pretty well! No diff slip, had the slipper slipping just a little bit. Handles really well, really easy to control a slide and really stable over bumps. Weighs in at 1920 grams! Only 200g over legal weight

Only problem I had was with modern batteries being bigger than old ones, they don't fit in a normal battery cup so I got out one which had the end cut off and it fit fine, just had to shove some foam between the end of the battery and the servo.

Was going to get some pics of it flying off jumps and frying the tyres down the straight but I forgot the camera..

I'm thinking that those mini-pins aren't gonna last too long. Look's awseome by the way.

They were already a bit worn but yeah now after a couple of runs they're pretty much bald down the centre! Think I should've got some bow ties they seem to hold up a bit better.

Had my first race meet today at St Ives running the black tub 10T. Had 10 trucks competing seemed to be all T4's and XXXT's, qualified 4th and came 3rd in the first 2 finals, not sure about the 3rd final forgot to check the result, it was getting late and half the people had gone home. This truck goes hard! Got an interclub challenge thing on next weekend that i'm going to race it in.

Unfortunately i've pretty much ruined the body though, the back of it is cracked from the sides to the body mount holes and the shock tower has punched out through the top of the body on one side..

Well the St Ives leg of the NSW interclub challenge was today. Qualified 3rd. Won the first two A-finals giving me the overall win , came 3rd in the 3rd final.

Some people took some pics of it doing wheelstands down the straight and massive jumps will post some when i get them this is all I got so far.. Had just passed 2nd place here I think.

hehe the left rear tyre gets hammered around that track, I have to swap them left to right after every race. Dunno if there are any pics of it going around the first corner which is a nice blue grooved fast sweeper I bet the edge of the rim would almost be touching the track, there was so much grip.

just curios but i just bought my 3rd 10t and was looking to make a shelf queen and a runner. on the runner what is the trans ratio stock? and where do i get the rpm conversion? thanks

Stock is 2.25 the rpm is 2.63 iifc.

Got a couple more RC10T's

First one came with all electronics except a transmitter, bit dirty but in pretty good condition. Found another variation in front end bits, 1/8" thick front shock tower but with extra holes further out (so the shocks rub on the body), and the suspension arms are the thicker type but with only 1 shock hole. So there's 3 different types of front arms and 2 different rear arms?
The servo is velcro'd in, very precise steering

Seemed like a decent deal at $33, got the car but the seller forgot to put the bodies in so I guess they're gonna arrive next week. Hope the moo body is in decent condition!
The car however isn't too good. The front bulkhead is missing 2 screws which caused the nose plate to bend up and bend the nose tubes. Chassis is bent a bit. Luckily those screws on the trans brace are just 4-40 phillips head screws, was expecting self tappers.
Box of spares has 1 new front arm and 1 new rear arm too bad there isn't a set. The spare battery cup is new so that's alright RPM arms on the car are in decent condition. Turnbuckles are titanium, lunsford?
The litesink is pretty silly not having anything connecting it to the the chassis. Was thinking I could bend up a bit of aluminium and attach it to the motorplate using the heatsink screws.
I think i'm just going to turn this one into a buggy.

rc10t4 and 5 have the early single-hole RPM front arms. I'm not sure what's going on with the 7001 and 7011 trucks in the first few pictures. You need to give some under chassis shots to tell, the drillings give away what each truck started out as. The one on the left in the first picture looks like either an early Team truck or a 7001 that had the front shock tower replaced. The earliest Team (7035) trucks had two camber link holes per side in the front tower, and supposedly had not received the graphite trans brace yet...

I'd be interested to see those "thick" single hole front arms compared to Team and old 7001 arms.
