Looks good Justin. Will you notch the arms to provide clearance for the bell cranks? Maybe this was a driver mod or was it done by Roger and the guys at AE?

Do you have a photo of the notches for the bellcranks you are referring to? The arms were ground down to allow for clearance with the bulkhead; in my photo you can't see that because the arms aren't laying flat against the table since the steering/hub cause the arms to be slightly compressed. Just want to make sure I understand what you are referring to.

I'd bet you've seen these before Justin. You can see the notch in several photos of Masami's car but here is the best photo I can find that shows the notch. The other photo was taken by Curtis and is not Masami's car. The random shape of the notches suggests that they were carved with a knife -- an afterthought.

Yep- that's where the dremel comes in handy. Fred designed the arms as AE would have so it requires some additional work to achieve that clearance. I don't think anyone was ready for that surfs up mogul field so this was likely done quickly with a dremel to facilitate additional set up testing.

I'm rebuilding my shocks with new red o-rings. Probably don't need to but why not. I soaked all the nylon parts in WD40 and then greased lightning.

Shocks are done so onto the wheels. Yoko TR32 and TF320; also found an additional set of new TR32 tires buried in my parent's basement;-)

Looks good Justin.
I've always meant to ask -- the Yoke adapters I've seen typically use two screws to hold the wheels while those used on the Stealth cars have four? Even the Yoke wheels on my Dominator only use two screws. Did Yokomo offer the adapters with four screws or was it a mod?

The TH-1 adapers come with 4 holes but you can run them on wheels which only have two mounting holes. There were likely older adapters with only two mounting holes which I believe were more common with earlier Yok wheels.

The 4 hole adapters give a slightly wider track width.
