It didn't come with the box, but it is a new Ron Paris prepped OS RX engine.

Exhaust has been mounted. I have been waiting for a blue colored, OS T-2010 pipe, but I actually think I may prefer the look of this silver Kyosho pipe. Any thoughts on this?

I need to order more fuel tubing, as I ran short on this grey color, and just made the connections for now. I am still trying to decide which fuel filter I want to add.

I cut out the side dirt guards from clear lexan, and then covered them in black monocote. The photo makes them look rough, but this isn't the case. I haven't installed them yet, as I don't know if I like the black, or clear, or just leave them off? Suggestions again welcome. I would like to find some tinted lexan like the sheet that came with my Turbo Burns, but I haven't had much luck online.

I found a part for this build that I never thought I would. This Paranoia aluminum wing mount is something I had only seen in a couple pictures. I didn't even know what brand it was. I had incorrectly assumed it was made by AR Products. However I happened across an auction on a foreign eBay page for these mounts. I couldn't believe my luck.

I think I like the look of the aluminum wing. Your thoughts?

I also got some more fuel tubing, and added a vintage fuel filter.

I am still looking for a blue or green wing. I think I may also switch the tires to the standard Turbo Inferno items.

Thanks to Dimitri, I have this blue OS T-2010 exhaust pipe. I cannot decide if I want to add it to this build, or keep the silver aluminum unit?

I also got this BSW19 gear. I have been after one for a couple of years. The problem is that I need it on my Turbo Burns as well. I'm not sure where to install it?

Think I need to see the blue pipe installed to make an opinion. First impressions are either will work

I´d keep the silver pipe.
The aluminum wing mounts looks good - If it was for a runner, I´d keep the original plastic mount.
Isn´t one of the Inferno spurs the exact same as the BSW19?

Small update and questions - I added the two side dirt guards. After cutting out the lexan, I covered it with black because I thought it would fit well with the black chassis. I also secured the exhaust with a metal rod, and got rid of the stock plastic under side holder Nothing wrong with the stock piece except it requires a zip tie around the exhaust, and I didn't want that look.

The body has been cut to fit. This is no easy job. It took me a lot of time to get it to fit properly. Some of my troubles were because of aftermarket or upgrade parts fitting or being differently sized. My last big decision is if I should cut an opening on the left side of the body for the exhaust pipe exit? The manual art car is not cut, but there is no way around it with this exhaust, unless I cut the exhaust outlet of the pipe. The body insides match the curve of the dirt guards. I could possibly twist the exhaust pipe so the outlet is facing the ground, but this would require I cut out the dirt guard, plus I don't think it wouldn't look good. Any suggestions? Should I just cut the body?

I added purple linkage stoppers. Yes or No?

Hi! Very nice job! I'd keep the aluminium! blue details are enough :)
Purple with blue... Not sure :? May be red would be fine...

New shoes - Although I really like the mini pin tires, I think these Mantua GHOST tires add a look of ruggedness. They look like they could really throw some dirt!

New tires or back to the others?

I finally got a wing as well. However I cant put on the decals yet because I am thinking of painting the wing to match the body paint.

I made some small improvements to this build. I added a NIP BSW19 main metal gear. I also added dual front and rear fiber disc brakes. This required further modification to the radio plate and longer hardware for the pads to ride on.

The oem body is trimmed and ready for paint. I also have a oem decal set ready to go once the body is done.

There are not many (if any) further upgrades I know of that can be done to this build. I'm still debating on changing out the exhaust pipe, but not sure.

OMG, I was so focused on other things last year I somehow missed this thread entirely. Amazing work, and a serious investment in parts!
Fantastic pictures and a great references for fans of this car.
I would probably stick with the Kyosho pipe too as then the metal internal components would mostly be silver. Regardless, it would be good to have pictures with the OS muffler as a reference.
