Probably easier to buy a $20 Hobbywing 1060 esc.

Is there a tire/wheel combo for all 4 that is commonly available? Any links? I'm having trouble piecing together the wheels/tires front/rear for running around in dirt/pavement with this thing.. Local hobby shop couldnt help, but they did help me with pinion gear and other stuff..

...and thanks for all the help. You guys are awesome. Also ordered the more modern ESC as recommended.

Does it still have the 1/4" rear axles? JConcepts has rear wheels to fit them:

Matching fronts:

If you have the newer 3/16" rear axles, there are these mono wheels that will have more tire choices:

Matching fronts:
https://www.amainhobbies.com/search?cID=&s=jconcepts+3403

With these front and rear mono wheels, these tire combos fit:

Schumacher 6595/6596 full spike off-road tires
Schumacher 6709/6710 RT1 on-road tires
For foam inserts, I used Schumacher front U6652 foam inserts and rear U6653 foam inserts.

If you're interested in converting to 3/16" rear axles, this is a CVD option:

The tires for the 1.9/1.7 JConcepts can be hard to find at times.

They are overseas but JC Racing has wheel options for both axle sizes.

Alternatively, you can use the above 2.2 JConcepts fronts and Traxxas 7171 rears with Factory Works rear hexes. I have this setup on two of my cars.
