Here are some steering mod pics.
Some are from Bormac's Mugen and the others from mine.
As Bormac says the outer tube goes between the chassis plates as a locator
The middle tube fits into drilled and filed square holes in the chassis plates
and the inner tube slides side to side as the - rack?
I have yet to make the connector arm and threaded rods

Are those made of brass? Would it deform under function??

They are all brass tubes which fit inside one another.
The outer tube is 7/32 brass. I don't think it will deform but I made a spare set anyway.

Great stuff Besty - will be good to see yet another Bulldog on the track.
As for the brass deforming - you would be hitting things pretty darn hard to bend the one on my cars - I am sure yours are the same.
Any other juicy plans for it mate?

Nothing special planned for it besides the chrome cage which is being sent off today.
The servo will need to be mounted to the chassis with servo tape.
