I just can't get into Swiss Chalet...I don't know what the hell they put in their "gravy"...nutmeg? Cloves? It just ain't right.
Kentucky Fried Chicken has, hands down, the best gravy for fries or chicken. I know the stuff is practically cardiovascular poison...and for that, I only have it a couple times per year...but I swear, if KFC were healthy, I'd eat it every day!

16 oz medium rare Angus Prime Choice Ribeye. No sides. Saving my carbs for beer.

Now that is the way to do it! I have a few T bone steaks ready to grill, same situation. No need for sides, drink beer and eat later.
I would post a pic of the steaks but I am lazy and watching some CFL football. Those ribs look freakin tasty!

Keep it real Dave!

NFL first Sunday schedule kicked off today. I brought it in with some BBQ chicken thighs.

Well, it's Saturday night so I guess it's time to cut loose. I had some leftover pork steak so I decided to make an overloaded potato. If I had any shame it would probably be felt tonight. Luckily I don't...
