This part of my emails to Shapeways team probably interest you the most:
"You can indeed tell your customers to send us some pictures of the broken models and also let the order number, this way we can create a complaint out of this and request to have the broken models reprinted."
So if you feel your parts are weaker than normally please contact Shapeways...
[email protected]
This will also help them to analyze and tune their SLS machine re-calibration cycles.
If you hit the wall with your car and break parts, I woudn't blaim it on SLS prints
Personally I'm not going to make a complaint about my front arm I broke after hitting a car just after big full speed double jump.

I love the way you were able to optimize the parts. Is there a program or feature that does that, like on our 2d stuff where we can let it optimize placements?

This was done virtually on screen without any software help. Took a while

Wow, quite the puzzle then! Nice work! Does it help the pricing dramatically? What about the other places, do they care if its nested or is it charged differently? Im wondering if we need to use iMaterialize for our Ten4 parts....not sure about shapeways USA anymore

All print services seems to have their own pricing system. Only way to find out is to try. I think you will get a good price from imaterialise if you pack Ten4 parts in a tight sprue.

He is, check on facebook, he is there a lot, search cncrc. He's having issues obtaining the 20 degree kick-up cf sheets, so it may be awhile before he'll be making them, best to contact him for specifics.

I messaged him recently on FB and have not received a reply as of yet.
I inquired about an aluminum chassis for a NIX10M build.

Yeah, I think he has a lot of coals in the fire, plus trying to take care of those of us who have purchased CF NIX91's it might take him a bit. Just try to be patient, I'm sure he'll get back to you sooner or later.
