Here are the pics of the glass case with my RC10's. The acrylic mounting tubes were courtesy of bigjeepzz and look absolutely fantastic! They are perfect Jake, Thank-you very much! :D

Thank-you!
I'll need to get more acrylic to use as stands as it just helps everything look cleaner, as if in an RC car museum. Thanks Jake for this, it really did the trick!

DrillNink, yes it would be from the same era, so a painted body like the one Curtis did would be ideal for your car. Your car and mine are close, I think mine's a bit earlier (more like slotcarrod's) release due to the fiberglass battery straps being on it versus the molded ones. Once the molded ones were available, I believe Associated would have started packing all of their kits with them since it is much easier, faster & cheaper than machining fiberglass.
I still can't get over how pristine this car is, the underside is nearly flawless. If not for that battery leaking I imagine years later while sitting in that cabinet where it was stored, it would have been in nearly new condition.

Thank-you marui hunter 73!
I am just happy I found these forums and I have a place to showcase them here on the internet.

i'm sure drillnink's car had fiberglass straps. but they were gone, so i just sent him some white ones to fill the void.
