a01butal wrote:This has been in the works for about 2 years and at one time I had pictures of the original parts assembly but in the meantime I lost my external hard drive where I had stored the pictures so this is all I have to show.

The original SP-2 4wd kit was purchased on eBay from a former member here (Dr Robotnik) who sold off most of his stuff to finance the last year of his doctorate degree. The other parts I either already had or acquired along the way. Among the key steps was finally modifying the chassis per the MIP kit instructions and also the SP-45 belt drive conversion. After that was done it was shipped off to California where Romulus performed his magic on the chassis and it came back looking like a beautiful early Edinger gold tub.

The MIP SP-1 gearbox has the 4wd modification and beyond that includes the GD-100 gear diff and TC-100 Torq Control systems. On the outside I have fitted the MIP SL-100 slipper with a Hyperdrive belt system which requires a reverse rotation that is provided by a new Trinity Reverse Rotation Monster motor. The universals are CSC and have been seen on 10talk before.

The shocks are MIP (.71 and 1.32) with CRP shock collars. The wheels are Advance Eng. 2.0 Mini-mags accompanied by a Racer8838 painted body which was purchased off eBay because I thought it looked awesome.

I have been helped along the way by many people on the forum and I want to thank them all for the help I got along the way but I will not name anyone for fear of leaving someone out but I think you know who you are.

I've got a couple more things to finish on the buggy but I thought maybe it a good time to show the forum.

 Really awesome RC10. I really like the Hyperdrive pinion & spur together with reverse rotation? Trinity motor that matches so well with chassis color.
