Making progress. The orange is a little brighter than I wanted but its the best I could find. Still some detailing to do and put some numbers in the white but its still a little wet and I'm going to bed

Took a different picture before I left for work to show a co worker. Little different lighting makes it look less bright and more of the flatter look I was going for.

Really amazing car. Actually my heart beats for Delta cars but something as Dynamic, Thorp or similar cars are exceptional as well. :D

Wow, I would have guessed it was more like 79. That must have been ultra high tech for the time.

Hasn't changed much since my last post but it looks much better with the numbers on.
The color looks weird in this picture for some reason. Looks almost a reddish pink, oh well

I'm happy with it. There are a few things IDE like to find for it like a correct radio system, tank and correct rear tires. I can live with the side plates being wrong. I search ebay all the time for anything related to this car and rarely does anything pop up. I've seen full cars on previous auctions in my research and they always sell high. I know IDE probably never have another chance to find one this complete for near the price I paid for mine.

As far as production numbers I wouldn't have the slightest clue. Maybe someone else would have an idea but they are so hard to find info on IDE say its gonna be hard to find that number.

I wouldn't mind firing it up but honestly I'm not going to but the equipment required to. So not anytime soon
