I considered polishing the tub due to excessive scratches but can't bring myself to do it. I also have the CRP front bumper and side nerfs. They have all taken a beating but are still in one piece.
Do you want to sell some of those parts? :?:

I'll take those tired old rear tires off your hands if you need to make space ;)
if I'm not wrong, the rear tires are Dirt Hawgs, recently made by Proline...

did you make the shock struts yourself? Have you used the RC10 B4 RTR shocks? Do they fit well?

the guy who had the rc10 before me used front losi shocks and it looks like he made his own front shock strut because it was longer at the top from when i tried using the one for the rc10 champ.iy looks like he used the one from the gold tub rc10 as a template then just lenghtened the top.the rear is the same ae one.yea those are the stock blue shocks my b4 came with.i changed nothing on them so they were a direct fit for me.

Thanks for the offer Northy but I can't part w/parts. This was my first RC10 as a child. My advice to you is to keep an eye on ebay. I recently missed a new gold nose plate for $7 and like new white front As for $3-5... no one bid on either and I forgot to!

My first rc car, however, was a Scorpion. You think RC10 parts are hard to find...

Are you both referring to the rear tires that were on the car before the restore? Those are the tires I am interested in. They don't really look tired, just not as new as the tires on the finished restoration. (Bare with me, I am returning to the hobby after a 15 year hiatus).

yes I was talking about the rear tires on the restoration, you can still buy them since they are 2 year old I think

That is so cool you still have those pics. There was a Yokomo dogfighter that just ended on the bay. Did not sell though. It did end today as a matter of fact. Here it is. Wasnt someone on here looking for one of those?

Hey qctires! What is the blue bodied beetle in the third from the last pic? It looks like a Sand Schorcher kind of but I don't see the rear cage if it is!

As far as I can recall, that is a modified Super Champ using a Parma VW. I still have more photos. :D

Front right : RPM full conversion with RPM trans and Hydra Drive.

Next One: RC10 Graphite. My favorite runner so far. Stealth trans, Hydra Drive, Andy's arms front and rear

Old Yella : Original RC10 (original owner too!) that's pretty much all original except for the Houge bellcrank steering and Parma clear gear cover. Also has Paragon (I think) position sensitive shock valving in the rear shocks.

Front Left: RC10GT with LRP .18 and some Team updates. Built it from a pile of parts.

Next : Team Pit Stop Nova - full graphite chassis, TPS chain drive trans, titanium dogbones, RC10T arms

Last one: My 5yr old daughter's RC10T. It's even brighter in person! We built it together from the same pile of parts the GT came from. Don't let it's looks fool you ... it's plenty fast and dialed in! She's a heck of a driver.
