Let me get some material in front of me with a molded arm and play around. it doesn't look too impossible to make two arms.

those prototypes are interesting. They look very much like the sweep of the arms is more shallow than the production arm. do you agree? HMM...Maybe not, may be just an illusion. I think I will use the dimensions of the regular arm and once its on a mount, see what it looks like in that same picture orientation.
