Well done it looks fantastic.

First of all I will thank all of you guys for the all the positive comment, it always helps you to try, to go the extra mile! :D

This project has come to a halt, a few things are still left to do, the undertray (the mold for the udertrray is finish) and some decals (not done)!. And I don’t know when I gone wrap this project up, but probably not until to the summer when the urge to test drive it take over! This baby will defiantly taste some sand before it retires on my shelf. I will document this with the camera and share that moment with you guys! I’m so curies how it will perform with mid mounted motor. If the outcome is god, then I have another Advance chassis without motor in my closet…

At least I have taken some pictures!
I used decals I had, but I’m not totally satisfied! I will replace some, and ad some before it hit the track/sand/shelf. :D

Top-shelf build!

Small question: what are the screws ontop of the shocks for? Did you make them for bleeding?

Yes, those are fore bleeding, and no I didn’t make them, its Kyosho Icarus original shocks.

I dont know how I missed this build but it is simply awesome!!! Very nice work!!

Maybe you are aware of this but there is a company making shocks that look exactly like the ones on the real car. I think they would make this build perfect!!!

These shocks are standard on the Gallop Mk2 and come with bleed holes.

Just beautiful, Hcp22! About the only thing I'd change is swapping the normal screws holding the wing wire in place with grub screws. What wing mounting posts are those?

This is A&L wing mounts and of cues I should use grub screws instead of this original screws! But I’m not that satisfied with this wing mount solution at all… And this one of my problems, in the end of a project I seems to take shortcuts just to get to the finish line. The ongoing project is hindering me to start a new project. I think I have a handful of projects that have stranded while gathering parts because I couldn’t find a few parts that I have in mind. But that is the downside and the thrill dealing with 25 years’ old parts, you can’t find them all. And I don’t think I’m alone in this, I think every one of us has a hand full unfinished projects lying around…

Maybe we should start a new topic called “My unfinished projects” 8)
