No, but normally that's a strict rule I hold with burgers. I was a bit lazy that day. The good news is, I have the perfect burger recipe cooked 3 different ways. Let me make some measurements and I'll post it up.

Just tried a new flavour of Doritos, Smokey Chipotle BBQ! Awesome! They're about midway between the 2nd and 3rd degree burn Doritos and have a great smokey flavour. The chips themselves are bigger and thicker than regular Doritos and they are absolutely covered in seasoning. Well worth trying if you can find them.

I've been getting some killer Jalapenos from my neighbor's garden(in the middle of the night), so I have a post coming up about that, but until then... the perfect combo. Philly CheeseSteak and the most classic of all hot sauces. Still my favorite. :D

I got a jar of this Ass Kickin whiskey peppercorn salsa last week and it sure is hot! Though I don't think you're supposed to eat half the jar in one sitting.

This should be considered more of a Public Service Announcement than anything. Beware this product: It is mind-blowingly delicious and easy. Addictive out of the toaster oven at midnight. :o

I've tried a lot of the Ass Kickin Hot products, even the jellybeans...but my favorite is their peanuts/trail mix. It's awesome and really has a good burn!

My neighbor always hooks me up with some great stuff from his garden. We've had a kind Summer from Mother Nature and he's got some great looking Jalapenos. Look at these monsters! That's a quarter next to them, not a nickel. As soon as he brought them over this morning I knew just what to do with them. Stuff 'em with cheese and wrap 'em in bacon. 8) Turkey bacon to be precise. Some Cheddar and some cream cheese. A very tasty afternoon snack.

Holy Crap! Those look so awesome! How is the heat?

I manage to do alright with some that I am growing.

This is the first of many to come this summer. The largest one on the right is almost two inches long.

Purple Jalapeno son!

Lookin' good! These really sweeten up after you cook them. They really come out mild enough to where even my wife will enjoy one or two. I've tried my hand at gardening, but there are just too many trees on my property. 5 hrs of sun tops even in the sunniest spots. It's nice and cool, but no good for gardening.

I picked up a jar of this Mrs. Renfro's Ghost Pepper Salsa today from a local Amish grocery store for a $1.

Holy crap is it hot! Not so hot that you can't enjoy it, but it keeps your lips burning for about 30 minutes after the last bite.

It's like Dave's Insanity Sauce but it's great for dipping. I paired it with some blue corn tortilla chips from Aldi's for a quick snack.

Hey thumbs, I can send you a jar if you can't find it locally. Send me a PM and I can get you some tomorrow.

^^^^^^^^

I didn't personally find the Bhut Jolokia (ghost pepper) any hotter in the mouth than a potent habanero. What I did discover is that they are a whole lot nastier to your gut. Made a batch of salsa with quite a few of them, wasn't what I was expecting while eating, but about a half hour later, my stomach was absolutely reeling. Miserable for about the next 3 hours.

You think the Amish would steer clear of salsa. :? You know... with the long beards and all. Thanks for the offer. 8) I kinda go thru kicks where I just want to be lit up and lately has been one of those times.
