I am fighting the urge to buy them, it's not going to well. They need to get the rest of the carbon parts out.
Really have to hand it to Kyosho, if they would have released the Scorp without the hop ups I don't think I would be too excited about it.
Me being a hop up junkie they have me hooked watching for new parts releases.

Manual has a warning showing the dog bone should be more towards axle. Tried that, no success.

Only solution seems to be to reduce the angle the arms mounts.

Any suggestions?
I had the same binding issues in the dogbone, it was hideous. I loosened all the pivots, and re tightened while holding the arms at maximum toe in, then loosened and re tightened the trans. It's perfect now, no binding at all
Thanks guys, this was driving me crazy.

I hear a lot of you speaking on that binding issue...
I didn't have that problem with mine at all. I'm curious how you can center the trans when the screws are countersunk. There seems to be only one way to put it on. I'm guessing the step where you tighten the hingepins is being done incorrectly. Maybe?

You'd be surprised how much movement there is when you loosen the screws. I feel like it had most to do with the suspension pivot screws, but if you look at the original manual this is not a new issue

OK, something for all the guys considering the HG shock set. Apparently to use the HG shocks, on the front, you need the longer front carbon shock stays SCW003.

And as Gomachv points out, you need the rear carbon shock stay as well. SCW007

Yep, more parts to wait for :)
It's a bummer they haven't released more of the hop ups, don't want to start my build until I have all the parts.
I'm really liking the Carbon, hardened chassis rails, and the cnc parts.
Guess it's just a matter of time.

Me too, I'm just putting the parts in the box as they come in. Its killing me!

I've Talked with JRRC and Banzai, both are Japanese sellers, they have no release dates yet :(

Gotta hand to KYOSHO, they did a great job with the SCORPION, no ones complaining

Since I have the original scorpion chassis and parts, I am not interested in buying the complete set, instead I would to get my hands on the HOPUPS to fit to my vintage setup. I have the used GOODYEAR tires on mine.

I am earnestly waiting on some hopups, the carbon sevo saver bottom mount/plate is a + and a must have in my opinion.

You gonna go for the new version of the transmission?
