Super cool sprint

I'm pretty sure you can still get Bart's sprint wheels, not sure if you looked into those yet. They look like this...

Here is the next mission, Does anybody have a clue how to assemble the wings in the picture below, Or maybe a reference picture? I think i have the basic wing but don't understand the large two bend part, i did notice the tabs on the main part of the large wing had to be re-bent to 90 deg, im wondering if other parts need bending? I am thinking they might have been unbent a little for packaging.
Here are some updated pictures and the wing pictures at the bottom, i cant figure out how either wing is mounted to the car....
Maybe the completed wing is supposed to be mounted on the middle part of the two-bended piece, and the 'legs' of the two-bended piece to the forward and aft roof tubes of the frame? Although that would prevent air flowing underneath the wing...

Thanks for the nice comments,
Im not sure about the wing mounting but looking at the manual for the car a lot was open for custom assembly, I might make a trip to the local hobby shop and look into some RC Plane parts to see if i can come up with an adjustable mounting system for the front and rear wing.
Ill keep my eyes open for some ideas used on other sprint cars.

lol no, its just a mockup, just to get an idea for what it will look like, I am going to have to get custom with the mounts lol

you know, not all sprint car have wings.

and being as though that cage has no provisions for it, i'd just leave it off (imo).
you could use some 5/10 degree blocks up front too.

Thats not a bad idea

I might just forget the wing on this car and use it on the BBT ....
You guys always loose me with the different degree blocks, ill have to see if i have a set, I might actually swap the front arms for some short arms also... still undecided...

if you run 5's it'll stand the tire up and it won't be riding on the edge with the tires turned.

I think it's coming out beautifully! Paint is simple & clean, and where did you get the decals? Did they come with the kit? It seems a pity to not run the wings, there are some interesting pics on Google Images of sprint car wing mounts that may get some ideas flowin'. Chris REC
