If you're looking to attach the pulley to the inside slipper plate this should work:

The inside hole on these are 12mm and the screw holes that attach them to their diffs are approx. where spur gear screw holes are on a slipper. Though it shouldn't really matter if the screw holes are off since you'll have to drill new holes in the inner slipper plate anyway, no?

Those are getting close but the outside diameter is a bit large- I don't think I could run trans spacers! The size I'm aiming for is closer to a rampage timing pulley

Those may be a bit too small hard to tell...what are they from?

The center hole will be bored to 3/8", so as long as there is some "meat" left...

I would love to have a pulley and inner slipper hub machined as one. After a proof of concept that is what I would like to do

Doh! Forgot about the trans spacer.

Could do like the SC10 does and mount the motor plate flush to the trans case...without spacers. Motor plate will need some new screw holes where it attaches to the chassis and some filing where the motorplate meets the case over the outdrives.

The Yokomo TCS backplate has the inner slipper hub and 3mm sprocket in one part-

The TCS one-way would be going the wrong direction to work, sadly- but a solid YZ-10 unit should work. Is be happy to send you the parts (and some belts) to try-

I was thinking my application may be wrong for the actual part but the idea is perfect. If love to borrow one to have a look

While I am working on this portion, what is the most ideal for all around- front slipper, front oneway, both, or solid. I assume solid is best for being easy to drive but probably lacks on the track compared to a oneway. Not sure if a front slipper is necessary, why did MIP go to one?

The belt cars seem to work better with a one-way, or clicker- otherwise they skip under braking, and they lack a "solid" drive train connection IMO. Not to sure on the 4-10 front slipper set-up, but Aaron would know-
depending on the spacing of the Yokie one-way unit it could still work and the TCS and solid pulley can have the same tooth count as the back-plate, so no under/overdrive-

I will PM you as well, but just in case anyone wondered- it's 266mm from shaft to shaft

Here is a dirty mock up with a yz10 Robinson cluster, perfect pulley diameter at 13.5mm and 15t. Misses the stealth standoffs and wouldn't even need to trim the motor plate. The belt length with this pulley is around 574.5mm

This is going to be a pretty sweet build that should work great. You will be required to take video of the car for us though
