My restomod buggy is ready... the truck is nearly ready. Still putting together a six-gear car, likely a 6010, running stock kit tires for that true vintage feel.

Here's my vintage nat Truck entry:
I'm thinking of using the Brushless on this, and the Trinity Slot Machine w/ the Novak 410 M5 on the XX, which will be sporting a similar paint scheme, still have lots to do on this one, but at least the hard part (body) is done

On your location, it say nexdoor to Fred, you don't live next door to me
How come when I'm running my cars you don't come out and play??
Nice cars by the way, come on man, the more the merrier, although, the VONATs (Vintage Offroad Nationals)

are gonna be running 14 mains with all the 2wd entries that are gonna be there.
I hope the VONATs organizers have enough prizes
I'll be happy if I can finish 3rd in the "F" mains.

Yeah, were are all the entry level cars at? Do I have to go buy a new Grasshopper kit? That might be the only class I've got a chance of placing in.

The stadium truck class doesn't see quite that crowded, I was seriously thinking of modding a Frog and running the 10T and a Frog, but I can't miss the opportunity at running the XX against all these RC10s

I figure if I'm using old tires I'll need all the tire-track contact I can get!

Here's my Losi XX VONATS 2wd entry:
He's sporting a Novak GTX esc, Novak Synth Receiver, considering almost everyone is going spektrum, synthesized is considered vintage

, Newly installed Hydra Drive system, Airtronics High Speed Servo from my on road racing days, I'm so tempted to slap the Cobalt on it and play

, but I'll just have to contain myself.
I need to paint the new body and I'm waiting for the wing to arrive.

I'm currently prepping a few cars for both me and a few friends.
Here's what I'm working on:
Gold tub RC10 stealth car for a friend
RC10T for a friend
Clodbuster with an old Clodzilla 2 chassis for a friend (may not be ready in time)
Tamiya Fox and Hornet for myself. Just need to decide which one to run
I have enough NIP parts including a back tub to put a compleate Worlds car together. If I have time I may put it together and run it myself.
I also just put a friends Blackfoot back together with a Sassy Chassis and a box of parts that will be for sale in the shop at the nationals.
I will aslo have a Tamiya Super Champ and Fox for sale in the shop. Both are in very good condition and a partial built Kyosho Double Dare still in the box that will be for sale in the shop also.
Radio Control Hobbies and Raceway is my local track and it is well suited for vintage racing. It will be a great time for sure. See you all there.
