What is the size of the RB5 front hex? Will Losi front rims fit?

Well, I got the RB5 cvds and the RCscrews kit, I would post pics but I can't find the camera charger. I'll post pics when I find it, (wife lost it lol)
The screw kit looks ok, but the screws that hold the case together are too long in the kit. Looks like there are a lot of extra screws. does anyone have pics of their RC screws on the car?

Got mine but it did come with the long screws for when you use the motor guard, mine was missing all the bottom large screws so I am waiting for them to send me the replacements.
I think I will cut the long screws down. But other than that there is plenty of screws and they look cool.
Anyone knows if you can order a full set of original screws from Kyosho or some other place in a kit?

really, your best bet, is to get a bunch of screws from
http://www.fastener-express.com/
cost ya a little more but ya get a good variety and can sand any extras down with a belt sander

Mine has the larger screws for the bottom, but the heads are not as large as the original ones, it looks as if I am missing the screws for the steering.
Also on their web site it says the you can replace the course thread screws with the fine thread ones, like the ones that hold the gear diff together.

Not very fond of stainless screws myself. They don't rust, but are soft compared to most of the grade 8 black screws found in good kits. I have stripped or broken far too many SS screws to ever warrant using them again. I have also had issues with them galling with SS nuts, or aluminum. = VERY BAD. Best screws I ever had, Lunsford. I still have some screws that are 16 years old, and have been used on countless cars. By far the best investment (should your car need to loose weight) if you just have to change screws. -Jeff

After sorting through the screws that I have, I found that the screw kit don't really have much of any scews you need. I don't recomend this kit! It does have some useful screws, but it is missing the chassis screws, after I looked though it, I only have three that would work as chassis screws.

The duratrax ST15 screws for the chassis are available from tower. There's a metris equivalent you can use on fresh plastic also: same screws which hold the rear suspension mounts on the RC 10

I have contacted tonys screws to see if they will make a kit for me.
I may still go with rc screws, it depends on if they respond to my email and are willing to get the right screws that we need in the kit.
It sucks how something so simple as screws can be a pain, i just can't belive that there are 120 screws in this kit, and not even 10 of them will work because they are all the wrong sizes in length and diameter.
