No Kidding, especial with people like DerbyDan and Charlie Don't Surf creating amazing replica's. Come on people, stop with the gorgeous builds and give my wallet a chance!!

I am certain that Kenooze is also working on one too. Then its on to the Pavidis 95' 8)

Seriously though, this has been a long project with some nice and not so nice surprises throughout the build.

I didn't feel the need to mention Kenooze, I think it's a given that he will be working on , or already have built a replica like this

It does appear to have been a long old build, just when you seemed satisfied with something you managed to take it a step further and bring it even closer, great stuff :D

..... I have a feeling that these sorts of projects never get 100% finished :|

Lovely work on those front arms by Jake 8)

This is the best image I can find showing the wishbone cutouts & looks like you've matched the layout of the holes pretty well.... & probably executed neater than on the original car!

Guys I have told this to Reg but this was one job I was dreading the entire time. After one pocket was milled I would have time to breath before moving to the next. It was definately very intense since getting a set of these arms new is practically non existent.

Reg the car looks great, I would have felt like complete s**t had I ruined those arms.

For those of you thinking man I sould get my arms done too......find someone else, I can't handle the stress.

Again- Aaron and Al continue to work on my WCS without me even thinking about it 8) I have some more WCS specific parts for this car
000-0015 209.jpg
WCS specific front and rear mounts, Both differently spaced than the 94' and of course the special rear screws-
000-0015 210.jpg
The special 262t 2mm WCS main belt

000-0015 211.jpg
( from Bscotti ) 8) The special 95T 2mm WCS rear belt

( funny thing is both belts are NIP and neither say Yokomo like the 3mm belts, they both say "unitta"

000-0015 212.jpg
Nothing special, but I have decided to replace the wheel dots that I thought were pink and installed with the correct Flourescent red ones

000-0015 213.jpg
The 2mm center one way that Masami used was a natural finish like this 3mm one, but the production part was a (understandably) black hard annodized part- So after removing the bearings and the one way bearing I will be (nervously) stripping the 2mm pulley to a natural finish, since I am being so anal on this car so far!

Thanks again to Aaron, Al, Hyeong, Dan, JM, Jake and everyone else that have contributed to this car so far!!

WOW!!!! Great scores on those parts your car will have more WCS specific parts on it than mine... & mine started out as a WCS! :D

Would love to see a back-to-back comparison of those front/rear wishbone mounts with the 94 items... I have a feeling that they would be the same apart from presumably the pilot hole being smaller for the smaller screws? The hole spacing issue I had to overcome was with the lower diff housings... which I beleive may have been simply an error on the pre-production chassis?

Talking of chassis' - Jirka recently sent me this picture (hope he doesn't mind me posting it here?) of Masami's car taken during the Worlds in 93'

Seems there is a cut-out just below/behind the ESC as I suspected...

Jirka was kind enough to send me that same pic! Now I have to drill more holes in the motor mount and hack up the back of the rear bulkhead  I noticed the hole under the esc as well! I have a buddy that is friends with Masami, I have to remember to get a pic of that modified Kose heatsink for the speedo-

Hey, drop me your address again and I will get that Reedy decal out to you

doesn't it suck when your doing a replica, and new/better pics pop up and show you still have more work to do?
