If I didn't have so much on the go, I would be so tempted to upgrade my RC10 runner with this setup.

whats the whole thing about the long arms and such? what improvements in performance does it acutally have? but also, i do question the durability of shapeways stuff.

What shocks is everyone running with this?
I have both the Re Re kit shocks and big bores from my B5ML.

I think the idea is to use the Re-Re Worlds kit shocks. I'm using the older 1.32 and 1.02 bodies.

Cool, thanks RR. I've been using the BB's with a custom cut front tower with great success.
Just wondering if I can continue using them. (I still have the Re Re shocks).

Depends on your front tower. Original style RPM front tower - 1.02 truck front shocks. Tower Niki has the pattern for - .71 shocks. I dont see why a .89 sized tower could be made/used for big bores.

Been thinking of doing something with my rc10 re-re and this looks near perfect.

How does this car handle compared to the Nix91? I would like to race it in the stock class, just because.

Hard to compare but at least Quadra has been easy to tune for indoor carpet. My aluminium chassis NIX91 not built yet. Running CF chassis NIX91 is fun on med/low bite outdoor track.
Quadra is relatively easy conversion for rere-Worlds.

It's hard to explain, but it if you've raced an RC10 you know it has some terminal push and other handling quirks which can be somewhat dialed out. Part of the problem is the short/uneven length arms. This conversion makes the RC10 handle better and MUCH more like the newer cars (B3/B4). Somehow I feel like it responds better to spring and oil changes. I was not able to compare lap times with my quadra worlds quadra to a similarly-equipped stock worlds, but I have no doubt the quadra car is superior. Last practice day I managed to run a fast lap using the quadra... within a tenth of my B5M.

You're right to question the durability, and the cost. Not for everyone. But the shapeways parts I just got are TONS better than the ones I was getting last year, and the V2 design puts much more material in the high stress areas. I am still using V1 arms with V2 rear arm mounts because I haven't broken a V1 arm (yet).

I just received my parts from Shapeways and they look very robust.
I should have everything I need to start my ReRe tear down this weekend. I just need to figure out the shock towers with B5M Kashimas.
I'll be running this in 17.5 with a bunch of fast guys that I hope to embarrass!

In the process of building myself one, what v2 arm mounts should I start with, running on astroturf mainly over here or carpet indoors.

3-1 or 3-2

Also will b5m front and rear shocks fit the quadra symmetric setup, contemplating buying a set instead of the rere worlds shocks to put on it.

Hinge pin had to be moved inwards to achieve Quadra-symmetric layout. Most of people don't want to cut their chassis so I lifted it up a little bit.
Other option would have been to cut chassis like 91 Worlds Conversion:

So we can fit longer rear arms if the chassis is cut and RPM 91 Worlds mounts are used, but this will mess up the Quadra-symmetric layout, right? The other thing is to get CVA that will work with a setup like this. Just wondering!

That's correct.
B4 CVA would most likely do the job.
