Iv had a look on JC on ebay, I can only see the 4wd wheels?
Does he still do slim 2wd fronts?? Or is it a case of cutting them down to suit the front??

Just get the 4wd fronts. They fit modern rubber perfectly. They do sell 2wd fronts but I think they are too narrow.
A stunning build once again Jeroen. Are those black shock bodies still available from Schumacher?
Nice tranny case. Would love one of those.

Very nice Cougar! One of my all time favorite cars.
I would also like to know about the front rims, I just ordered the new dish repo rims and wonder if they could be cut down.
FYI I heard Bluegroove are working on a repo cougar body, may be ready in early 12'.

About the front rims , these were a set i had from years ago (ultra slim) like the wheels om the club 10. (U1228)
The shock bodies were the first made for the vari shocks .(http://www.tamiyaclub.com/article.asp?id=239)
These had the same spare number as the gold and the red ones , that were on the cougars and club 10 cars
And the hop up parts on this car are
-composite craft chasis
-ballraced rollerdriveshafts (U854)
-ballraced steering levers
-Superhex diff
-MMS reargearboxcover
-front +rear antirollbar

Thanks. That's an interesting article on your TamiyaClub page. I'm intrigued to know just how much difference there is in performance between the roller driveshafts and the standard driveshafts. On the track, was the difference noticeable and, if so, in what way?
