I like to know what the benefit of the dynotech/klein arms is? But these runner/builds are really sweet, GREAT job by all of the guys who have done this, man I cant figure out which is nicer :D Good question about the buggy and truck nose plate and tubes, I cant figure that one out.

Provides a wider stance which helps with handling.

TC3 diff rings are the same as the stealth and the Associated TC3 diff rebuild kit both work great

I was just going to look this up. Thanks for saving me some time. Might build a spare stealth.

Anyone have a part number for the RPM world's arms? The Dynotech look fine but I like the look of the RPM parts. Really want to start on one of these WOIN projects!

if you're looking for "new" rpm worlds arms, you definitely don't want to get started on a build anytime soon.

LOL!

What he means is, they are hard to find and when you see a set on ebay, expect to pay a premium for them... I would start a wanted thread in the BST section asking for them... There may be someone willing to part with some decent used arms for a semi reasonable price. Of course that depends on what your idea of reasonable is, everyone is different. :)

OK so that is why everyone uses the dynotech arms.

In the last month I have seen a set of fronts sell for $25.00
http://www.ebay.com/itm/190998295027?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_63wt_1200
and a set of rears with carriers and mounts sell for $60.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=141108515456#ht_283wt_1200
You can still find them but you really have to keep an eye open, at least one of those auctions was from a fellow member, probably both.

Rear mounts are pretty easy to find:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-RPM-Rc10-Worlds-Rear-Arm-Mounts-Red-/281230797583?pt=Radio_Control_Parts_Accessories&hash=item417aa96b0f#ht_63wt_1133

I also have a few extra pairs of rear mounts and an original RPM fiberglass front shock tower but I would recommend Aaron's thicker shock towers instead

I found my RPM parts as a complete car for around $125. If you can find a complete car like that you would be dollars ahead as it's usually cheaper.

With that said, the dynotech parts are readily available, cheaper and there's no fear of breaking a hard to find part if it's a runner. Of course, RPM parts are usually pretty tough to break anyways... I run my RPM worlds car and I love it from what little I have ran it so far.

You're close enough that if we end up running into each other that you're more than welcome to take it for a spin. I'm in the process of building a Klein armed OIN build and I'll be able to compare the two sometime in the Feb/March time frame. I have the arms and RPM 70727 rear hubs, the rest should be easy to find!

Good luck

Are these Worlds Arms? Or just standard wide arm length? Can you even tell by the photos? The RPM arms I have only have one shock hole and are the same length as my stock wide arms. I'm about to pick this up in about a week in a lot and bonus if it'll work for the WOIN build.

Edit: The arms I have are Andy's arms with one hole and same length as the wide arms.
