What size are these please

Can anybody tell me what size these are..they are off the Subaru Brat/Ford Ranger I'm also looking for a BigWig battery cover if anybody has one..

If I remember right they are a 1.9 or 2.0. Someone told me a few months ago they are the same size as 1/10th 4wd buggy front or rear tire.

The rim diameter is 1.7 on these wheels.

That's right. Are there any new tires other tamiya that fit these?
