I might be sporting different colored wheels on both, with a slight difference in color scheme, and brushless/lipo all he way....
I would really love to get me a quick change kit for the 10T and run rulux wheels on it...
Team Tecnica is going on the attack again this year:

i was thinking about getting my tekin chassied rc10 ready to take up and run in 2wd, but i don't know if it'll happen though. i'll most likely just run the rc10 i used last year since it's pretty much ready to roll.
and the yoke in 4wd. i just need to find some 2.2 rims for it.

every yoke rim i have is a 2.0. i need to get a set of the
30 series (i think) 2.2 rims so i can run modern rubber.

well, one of the reasons i even have it was to help get a larger 4wd field. so, gotta stick with the plan.
i really don't see it getting too beat up. if anything does, it can be replaced.

And they
are toys-- meant to be played with!
I am seriously thinking of adding the hop-up shock kit to my Hotshot for 4wd:
2wd may be my Rad2. I have to try a different motor in it as the silver can/XL-1 combo in it now is painfully slow and I need to see if I can get it up to par:
I haven't decided if the Grasshopper will make a Classics class return. I may have a Marui Samurai restored by then-- would that be a Classic or 4wd? The kids have also volunteered their Frog but three classes may be too much.

one down 2 to go.
This is a re-release lunchbox with a parma lexan body, CRP front end conversion, CRP and hpi rear hubs combined to widen the stance, JG kydex front bumper, original Tamiya yellow oil filled shocks with 15wt oil and losi grey/1.6 springs in the rear and 40wt oil with heavy clod springs up front. The rear has a short kyosho gold shock in the center for the "3rd shock mod," as well as tecnacraft ti turnbuckles for the chassis braces front and rear. More tecnacraft rods for steering and camberlinks. The front wheels are SEES, intended to help keep the front end planted a little better, aided by about 1.5oz of lead in the nose. Full bearings throughout and all 4 wheels have been balanced with lead weights so it doesn't bounce all over on the flat sections.
Electronics include a Hitec hs625mg servo with large kimbrough servo saver, Trinity stock motor, LRP quantum super reverse ESC, a reedy 3000mah nimh stick pack, and a losi/spektrum RX.
It is ready to race, unless I somehow find some more aftermarket parts before september.
