ever noticed that back then every time that there was a photo of pops losi talking to a driver from another team alone, within a few weeks they were racing for losi.....

Awesome article with super coverage of what went on there.At age 15 I made it there on the last days racing and it was awesome! I obviously could not really appreciate the magnitude of this event but I had a ball running through the pits looking at the cars and snapping pitures with mum's old camera. (Damn-I should see if I can find the pictures). Anyway recently I got my hands on the video from that event and its awesome being able to look back at so many really great cars,drivers and such a cool event. I intend to go racing at the exact same track this coming Saturday. The last time I was there ( about 9 months ago) it had barely changed a bit since 1989. Cheers- Jason.
