Finally a use for the excerise equipment!

To start off, I work in the field as a geologist on oil rigs. I have my own accommodations on site with kitchen, living room, office, bedroom, full bath, laundry, etc...this time the is a treadmill too. I was at my LHS before going to site and my buddy Rod (slotcarrod), who is working, lends me his nicest rock crawler (many thanks, again). They called me out a tad early, so I got board and decide that I would break out my yoga mat and exercise balls and use the treadmill. I always get out my balls and yoga mat while at work but never use them til now.
By the way Rod, she does 1.7mph according on the treadmill

you got to bring out your balls at work! it's just good plain fun and exercise too
They have come up in conversations at work before too, so even people talk about my balls...they are big, black and heavy
