I have bought this one from somebody quiting the hobby, too busy in his work. no time to built this baby.
But when i start assembling the kit, there were some parts missing! Turnbuckles, 4-40 screws and wheel bearings.
Anyway i manage to keep the kit and plan to order those missing parts along with a Protoform pan car body.

It looks like your steering is mounted backwards. They should lean back with the higher side to the front of the car. Your also missing the top to the damper plate. The upper engine plate should be sandwiched between the two plastic discs with a stop on the top to adjust friction.

The front end is mounted correctly. My 12L4 is the same way. The lower arms won't permit the upper arm mounts to be mounted backwards because of the shape of the mounts and the recessed channel they mount to. You'd have to mount the lower arms backwards in order to do it.

Do you have the belleville washer on the right rear to tighten and compress against the diff?
