;)

Started building another clod.
I bought some used/cheap axles off the bay ($45!) that should be here in a few days. I have so many stock parts left over from the clod after I built a homemade Z-2'ish chassis that I should be able to build a stocker with just the axles.
I am debating going full old-school with MSC and all.

You can have a lot of fun with a stocker, though I don't know that I'd go completely stock unless you're building a shelfer. Except for an ESC and motors, I've got a stocker that does quite well.

Halgar yours is stock alright. Your not even running mod motors are you? Didn't you only upgrade the shocks, bearings, and esc?

You're probably thinking of my other truck which has the shocks and a 3-link suspension, and ESC. I've kept the stock motors on this truck because they're slower and more suited to crawling than the Sapphires in the stocker.

The stocker still runs the original spring shocks, though they've been massaged for 1" of travel. The only other thing done to the stock truck was to enlarge the breather holes in the wheels to reduce the bouncy bounce from the spring shocks. Both trucks had bearings at one time, but with the swimming they've done, the bearings were shot and I've gone back to the stock bushings. For my purposes, bearings really don't add any performance value.

yeah forgot about the funky 3link truck. I'm finally getting somewhere on my truck this week. Might get to drive it this week.
