I'm pretty sure that is a Predator 1/4 scale sprint car.

Pretty unique for a quarter scale really. Most of the other sprint cars frames are welded together, like this WCM:
The Predator sprint cars frame bolts together. They have two side rails and metal rods to bolt them together. Kind of reminds me of a Bolink Legend chassis.
