found this kit at a estate sale . It is all there but the body, wing, decals, driver and intructoins. It even has a parma reverse switch and bearing kit. I have a used body from racer8838 for it. I was just out for a ride on my mountain bike and came home will a new rc10 minus $50.00 bucks. I guess bike riding does have its rewards .

this estate sale was from a old auto parts store that has been closed and UNCHANGED from the early 50's . the amount of people that were there to buy things was amazing. thats why i stopped to check it out. I am told the wife passed away at 90 plus years. The city of dearborn i am told will now tear it down .How a rc10 ended up there i dont know.

That's pretty awesome! Nice find man! I had a friend that found an opens Tamiya Holiday Buggy at a flea market for something like 50 bucks.

no name on the store front but was told it was a old parts store. The estate sale was in the house at the rear of the property. it is located on greenfield just north of michigan on the east side.

I think I figured out why this kit was never assembled. The nose piece was not stamped straight from the factory and throws the chassis alignment off about 1/8 of a inch.

That either really sucks, or is really cool. Just depends on how you look at it I guess. :)

I finaly found a new nose plate . It sure is nice using new parts in a build, and not having to hunt for them. I used the bearing adaptors in the kit to mount some tamiya rims . I like the tamiya rims but the proline bumper may have to go.

I don't know, I kind of like the bumper. It's different, just like mine! LOL

Yeah, the white stuff was pretty discolored on this car and the pan was pretty torn up. I decided to do this to one of my cars since I have several. It came out pretty nice in my opinion.
