thats exactly what I needed to know Thanks a lot!! Now I just need to find one... The truck is in really nice shape other than the tower. I finding that LSII parts is going to be about as easy as finding parts for my mx-4. I always thought that this truck was cool when it came out and would love to give it a minor facelift.
Does anybody have a 4717 rear shock tower for sale?

good luck with the restore, post some pics when you get some. I raced one of those trucks when they came out. It was a very capable race truck in it's day.
