I've liked these cars for a long time ... It's a Holden Commodore SSV built by the general in Australia..it runs a 6 litre V8 running through a 6 speed transmission. I think a coupe version was sold in the USA under the Pontiac GTO banner...they were going to sell these wagons in the USA but apparently you guys don't like wagons so they changed their mind..in saying that I think this car is very similar to your Cadillac wagon... Can't wait to get it out on the highway..

nice we like Wagons, but the car companys dont know how to manage their money so Pontiac is gone now? my buddy has a nice SRT8 Magnum

I'm guessing Pontiac is gone..didn't they get closed down or something?..anyway I was reading somewhere that these wagons were going to be built in left hand drive for the USA and Saudi...then they pulled the pin saying that the expected sales didn't justify the expense..they are a great car..

Thanks..those Storm Utes are wicked..I really like them..it was a toss up between the wagon and the ute..the wife..the kids..and the dogs won out..

So you buy the Commodore for the wife, kids, and dogs, and you buy the Storm for yourself - no wife, kids, or dogs allowed!

I wish it was that easy..I need to eat..I need cleaning done..and I need someone to tease..the ute can't do any of that..

wow! that thing looks like it will pass anything on the road except a gas station.

That Storm looks much like the Chevy SSR that was a resounding flop here.

Wow... much like a Suzuki Samurai looks like a Jeep CJ-5.

Seriously the Storm is more like an El Camino SS.... the HHR is an underpowered PT Cruiser-type. If the US government wasn't so overprotective of our litigation-happy populus, we could have a lot of really cool cars in this country.

The SSR isn't too much of a slouch. The '06 came with a 400 HP LS2 that was also in the GTO and Corvette.

cool ride Pete! I've got an 04 gto, love it. the wagons and ute were supposed to be in the states, but will just have to suffer and watch you guy have all the fun.

Oops.... I read that as HHR. SSR does not equal HHR.
I was checking out the site on my cubicle mate's new phone and that picture looked like the HHR.

Top gear did a program last series with the Vauxhall VXR8 Bathurst Ed & HSV VE Maloo R8, amazing round the track.
