JRX2 to relive my youth...

This car came from a member on this site, can't remember the name off hand. It was a dusty bone stock JRX2. No body, red 5 spoke wheels, and it turned out to be really nice with a good cleaning.
Anyway, my first JRX2 in 1989 I bought new to replace my Turbo Ultima racer. I bought the same solid white Proline wheels that are on this car, along with the RPM H arm conversion kit before I even started putting it together. So my intent was to model this car close to what I had back then. The only other thing I would need would be an A&L steering rack and a Pure Tech battery strap to be like my original.
Of course as a kid I didn't have the $$ for the Trackmaster tranny or the Motown Missle that is bolted to it. But I got a good deal from Rick for the tranny so I figured I'd install it. I plan on making a small brace to go from the tranny to the rear bulkhead to stiffen things up a little.
I have a wing for her as well and plan on painting it close to what I had. Sorry for the fuzzy pics. This camera really doesn't work well indoors.
