Now Mr Lex, don't get Reg's panties in a bunch from this!

You know we all love you and appreciate all the great bodies, decals and everything you do for this forum. This is just a little tiny roast!
I recently did a fantastic trade with Mr Lex (He will never trade with me again!

). I ended up with this perfect early 10T! Today I went to put correct shocks on, mount a body and put some period electronics in. So I had a good look over the car!
Notice anything wrong with placement of the suspension mounts?
Now I know he's going to say:
1) "I was trying to make it off set for oval racing!"
2)"The wife needed service that night and I was in a hurry!"
3)"I didn't build it, I know nothing!"
4)"The dog crap the kitchen and distracted me!"
But we all know the truth!
Spring! We don't need no stinking spring!
Oh Mr Lex, when you build a 2.25 stealth diff. You tighten all the way and back out 1/8 to 1/4 turn!

Not 5 turns out!
Sorry Mr Lex, love ya dude and thanks for all the fantastic trades!
ps: Thats what you get when you don't answer PM's!

Oh, he'll still trade with you, but instead of using pink undies for packing, he'll use doggie poopoo, just for you.

I knew someone had to come to his defense. Cleaning dog$hi! out of the kitchen for 3 hrs was enough abuse! Maybe he had been cleaning up dog$hi) the day he built the 10T and couldn't see straight...

Slotcarrod is such a newby.
It is obvious that Mrlexan did not build that truck. If he did, then all of the phillips screws would line up exactly with the long axis of the chassis.
He got plenty of flack for that ocd a couple years ago.

That's OK, I don't mind getting blamed and being the center of everyones negative/poking fun attention. I have grown to enjoy it.

Are you sure they're not lined up with the short axis?

Oh I see! My "NEW" truck is like the neighbourhood bicycle or Reg's panties, every one gets to try them out!
So you picked # 3 Jay. In the words of Sargent Schultz "I know nothing!"
