Hey lads, I've been acquiring parts for this project for a few months now, and have recently finished building this, the Frankencamaro. So I started with a TA02 tub, added black gearcases, Tamiya Hardened prop shaft, Manta Ray suspension arms, TA01 front knuckles, DF03 dogbones, Stadium Blitzer rear wheels all round. Then added full ball bearing set, fitted 70mm Yeah racing shocks all round, and a 9T EZRun brushless combo. This thing is mental!! So mental that I've had to turn the "punch" down to 1 on the ESC to try and stop it from wheel standing!

Here are a few pics

here are some pics of it in action

I'll get some pics of it wheelstanding and post them too.

It handles great, it was pulled from the F-150 kit I've just restored, so I knew it would be pretty off the hook. I'm thinking I will buy a 13T EZRun combo and put that in it to try and make it drive in a straight line without shredding tyres! Then I'll put the 9T combo into my next runner(hopefully a JRX Pro). Thanks for the comments gents, much appreciated.

That looks pretty mean. I was thinking about getting one of the ez run kits. What battery are you running with it? Im looking into lipo's and was wondering what kind of c rating would be good.

Yep It's awesome.

It goes very well. Maybe a tad too much grunt but thats the fun part hey Conrad.

I have 2 ezrun combos and just bought another one. 9t, 13T and another 9T.
Best bang for your buck. My Stadium thunder still flips over on the road at half throttle. Too much so a 13t went in and so much better and that 9t went in my Terror Conqueror.

Anyway Conrad your creation is brillant. So much so my mate is copying your build.

Well done.
Mark.

Ive got 2 Yeah Racing 3600 lipos (20C) and 2 Orion Carbon Series 3800 lipos (30C), and get about an hour of runtime out of each pack. Ive got a few mates running cheap chinese lipos and they havent had any issues with them either
