I got this slipper clutch on an Ebay purchase. I have never seen this one before. The top shaft and top-gear appear to be one single machined piece. The slipper pads have pegs which fit into the holes in the spur gear and the slipper plates have a hex to lock onto each other.

Any Ideas as to who made it?

it is from MIP,
