There were a couple of gas truck conversions for the 10T that I remember; A-Main made one and another company whose name started with a D I think... That's about all I remember though, not sure about conversions for buggies.

Duratrax? lol
You should just put an RC10 front end and rear suspension arms on a tub chassis RC10GT. You'd need to rework the rear shock tower, and the body might need to be cut up to fit the tuned pipe. Not sure how it would handle, but mechanically it should be pretty easy.

I know Duratrax made them for the RC10T and LXT. They were basically the same, with a chain drive to an open diff for the drivetrain.
Moody made a converstion that fit the standard tub chassis. It used a belt drive between the clutch bell and spur gear, and I believe required the rear end to be turned around like the GT.

Dudgeon made one too, I'm pretty sure it won some big races when it first came out.

I thought A-Main was the Kuneo/Kunio Dudgeon one? As in he designed the original, and then they produced it?

that sounds about right, I'm sure somewhere in the car action archives there is some more info. My computer is too slow to download them though.

The dudgeon came with its own transmission too. And a wooden brake drum that had a metal band the goes across the top and makes contact with the drum.

Actually it was a phenolic matrerial, but it really did look like a hunk of wood!
As long as we're on the subject of nitro conversions, here is one from Trinity for the TC3 prior to the NTC3. New chassis, motor mounts, brake drum and arm, and a few other parts to make the conversion. Looks like it's time to find a donor car and build it up.

Kunio Dudgeon, that's it!!!!!! So A-Main produced the Kunio design?
Cool find on the Trinity-TC3 conversion, looks cool!
