This is my new Pro Body purchased from Brandon G.
Is it just me or is it really difficult to slide the front of the Pro body in-between the front shock tower without scratching everything all up? It makes me always want to cut more out of the body.

Looks great! ...and yes, many of my JRX bodies are cracked right around the front shock tower, due to the tight fit.

Dont be affraid to cut extra away,if you dont it will crack easier than if you try and keep a tight fit.

Thanks for the positive comments.
I guess you just need to cut enough away to make the body install a somewhat smooth operation and so it does not crack as Vintage racer has suggested.

seriously though, nice paint!
I usually set the shock collars so the screws are outboard to make more room for fitting the nose of the body.

Lovely looking Pro you have there - these are my favourite of all the vintage Losi'
Brandon's Pro shell looks 1st class & nice paint scheme! I presume my JRXPro still has the original shell & yes they are a B*tch to remove/place the shell around the front shock mounts..... sometimes with a squeeze & a twist is comes off easy.... & other times you really struggle with it

Thanks for all the reply's.
The most difficult part of creating this body was creating my own paint masks. I actually used the front window mask of a XXX4 and cut the height down some. For the sides I used nothing more than masking tape (time consuming).
I agree with you DerbyDan, the Pro also is my favorite of all vintage Losi's.
Brandon indeed do a great job with these body's. I am impressed with the quality for sure. I may have to make another purchase if has any more available.
