Can you explain what's custom on the front suspension (sorry I don't know the original so well)

Front shocks are behind the tower Eric.
Great looking car and ready for the race track no doubt. Brilliant!!

Jason is right! I cut a new slimmer front shock tower from 2mm birch core CF. Flipped the turnbuckles to the front. I also cut the top off the hub carriers and drilled a new hole in the top for the ball joint. The geometry is identical to the original but it looks way cooler. IMHO.
Will post some action shots soon!

Have not hit the track yet. Driving around the house I was impressed how smooth and quiet it was with the belt drive and BL motor. I will be heading to the track soon with my dads digital SLR to get some action shots. Will let you know how it goes. It should be pretty quick!
