If you are looking for flip-flop paints, check out SpazStix paints for Lexan bodies. They have a couple of color shifters. They are made for R/C and work the same way, and you won't have to worry about the techniques required to make flip-flops work on real cars.

i have looked at that already it's not really what i'm looking for.........i have bad wrists so air brushing paint is out of the question that is why i was looking at the duplicolor mirage series paint............i've seen it done before but no one will tell me any thing about it

to use duplicolor paint, you'd probably have to scuff the inside of the body first, then spray o clear plastic adhesion promoter on it before painting. i still wouldn't trust it sticking, though.

pactra has color shifting paints designed for lexan bodies in an aerosol can.

When using paints not designed for Lexan, you always take the risk of the paint chipping and flaking off of the body.

the RC10 i have now had the problem.......with the paint chipping off.........so i just hit both sides with some flat black paint.............seems to be sticking fine............would it be worth trying i mean the worst i would have to do is strip the paint off if it doesn't stick

I have used the SpazStix paint from a rattle can before and it works great. I also can't airbrush due to wrist issues. I am always looking for good rattle can alternatives.
