wait until you see what gets done with the other half. i guarantee....... no one else will have it.

so that's what you meant, well forget ultra molded, now it's kranzel molded! now what are you planning to do with it? what does the under side look like, did you cut in a relief to mimic the nose plate drop down, or would that make it to weak and flimsy? it kinda looks like the aluminum truck nose i made, custom noseplates are awesome now hurry up and slap it on something the suspense is killing me.

the back half is getting milled down tomorrrow. so once it's all together it should be nice an flush to the bottom of the tub.

how thick is/was that chassis anyway?

it's like an 1/8". probably gonna need to remove about half.

alright, so my dad's neighbor got the bottom of the nose plate milled down for me....
now it sits flush with the bottom of the chassis....
and here are just some mockup pics. this isn't the tub i'm using, just one that's laying around. i'm still up in the air as to what i'm gonna do with it, but it will definately be used on something.

cool now send it to chad at Dynotech or send him some scans so he can make some for all of us. does it seem pretty solid with that stregnthing rib down the center? i am assuming since its only nylon it must be used with nose tubes. that thing would look sweet on your custom b2 rig.
