so ive been digging into the RPM stash to finish some builds off and to my dismay after carefully removing and straighting out the staples 
i look down at the little baggy (ahh memories of college 
)and its already been opened and the contents have been used which ,dont get me wrong there in perfect condition but still out of the ten bags i opened half had been used and repacked i have only given bad feedback once they were all different shades and had been used ALOT and the guy emailed me for ever asking why i slated him so how many thing get resold as new
