Losi guy's attempt at a RC10T

Well here is a little RC10T I put together for my son. I have a matching buggy I am working on, for me to make a runner out of. I cheated a little, but it sure is a lot nicer starting with a pretty nice almost complete truck. I still need to do a new body, but with Mr Lexan still MIA, that will have to wait a little while. I am happy with the truck in its stock form, I would like to find a nicer set of wheels, and turnbuckles someday but its ok as is.
Big Thanks to RedScampy for such a nice starter truck, and Treehugger for the powder coated chassis. I cut it down after it was powder coated, I dont really want to do that again but I must say, this stuff is tuff! I only nicked it a little.

Very cool!

I have 4 chassis sets at the powder coaters as we speak getting the same neon green done. It has always been one of my favorites since associated had released the neon colored parts back in the day....
Not sure what kind of wheels you'd prefer, but for something different than the norm, RPM makes some nice ones.....

sweet job on the truck Rick. I must say it looks much nicer at your house than it did at mine.

you could mix up a little auto paint and cover up that trimmed area and i bet no one would be able to tell.

I sanded all of the edges to match so I think it looks ok. it looks kinda polished. it wasnt hard to build with as nice of a truck I got from you, the parts look like new. if you look really hard you can see it was run maybe once or twice. I am very happy with it. and more important to me is my son loves it. thank you

Thanks Don, but you know it took an Associated guy to cut the switch hole in the side of my chassis, so I had to cut it down to get rid of.
