Here are some pictures of one of my projects. It's a LOHAS Red Ultima kit that I'm building with all new old stock upgrades.

Thanks! I had the body done by Doug/squarehead paint. Rims and tires are the only things I'm missing for this project. I would love two piece gold centered Tecnacrafts, but I haven't been able to find any. I don't think I'm going to sell the outer gears because I have another Kyosho project that I'm collecting parts for, but thanks for the offer.

Ultima size tecnacrafts are difficult to come by. Just keep a watchful eye out for them.

Thanks shodog! You've got a great collection of Tecnacrafts. Here's my recently acquired set and now I want only Tecnacrafts for all my cars . I wish I'd started collecting these in the late 80's or early 90's when they were under $100 a set.

Now there's some great looking rims!! This is one interesting build. Look forward to seeing pictures of the rims mounted....

Thanks Emerson! I'm just wanting for a couple of parts to arrive and I hope to have it completed soon.

Thanks, yes they are for the Optima. I never had one but always liked the Optima. Needless to say, I'm now collecting parts for an Optima build.

Thanks CNA, but only the rears will fit on the Ultima. The set is for an Optima and they are in great shape, so I'm on the hunt for Optima parts.

Looks good - keep us posted. I never see pics of the Hot Trick or Red Lohas cars with bodies on them, I like the look with the body.
