new guy rc10t runner

i recently purchased a near mint 10t roller. now equiped with a 15t blitz motor tazer 12t esc spektrum rx. got 25 mph out of 19/87 gearing would like to go brushless any recomendations or just keep brushed for reliability. will try to get pics posted

also what bodies fit the 10t dont want to ruin original body and anyone have a link oir ideas on gear ratios or can help fig out what i should be running have a 15t motor running 16 or 19 and 87 spur would like to run bl 13.5 or traxxas vxl ideas on gearing

As far as bodies go, I remove the stock 10T rear mounts from the tower and add a single buggy rear mount to the trans brace.....

Then, a stock T3 body bolts right on with no issues whatsoever...

I've done this on 3 of my runners with no issues at all. The stock 10T front body mounts are fine the way they are.. :wink: Plus, with this set-up you no longer have to worry about losing the tiny 10T stock rear body mount "nubs".... 8)

thanks alot gonna have to try that only run a few times and ripped the nubs out with just a stock 15t motor took truck to my local track did ok with stock tires but new ones would be alot better

went racing sat was 10 sec off the pace all the other guys had big kv bl motors picked up a traxxas vxl setup got to figure out how to mount esc and extend bat tray for lipo. ran with a 16t pin and 87 spur and just killed the slipper. put a 26 pinion on gonna try again
