Hmm. Rc hill climbing. That sounds interesting. Why was this never an rc sport?
Oh, sorry. Way-cool pics!

I always wondered how to manage taking pictures and driving at the same time lol What kind of motor are you running?
You'd need a HUGE hill to have a competition. After a while everybody would learn all the tricks and driving styles so they'd make short work of everything.

I got a 8.5T brushless in it.
Yeah, if I can make it up this sandy hill with absolutely no issues with a 2wd buggy & no paddle tires, you would need either a big hill or a steep one to make it challenging for any 4wd RC.

They actually do have R/C hill climbs using specifically designed vehicles. They're modeled in the same vein as the Formula Off-Road vehicles.

i think i looked at every page associated with the RCs on that site. I would love to involved with this type of racing. I got a 2wd RC10/RC10T sandrail with a mamba max 5700 in it and would love to use that system in a 4wd sandrail for hill climbing. I noticed a bunch of different setups there, what buggy/truck setup seems to work the best?
